The Municipality of Clarington is proud to be hosting the Culture Days Trailside Finale on Sunday, October 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Marie Hubbard Trail in Bowmanville.
This free, family-friendly event will transform the Marie Hubbard Trail (formerly the Soper Creek Trail) into a lively community celebration. Residents of all ages are invited to explore the trail, try something new and experience arts and culture close to home.
Trailside Finale highlights include:
Interactive chalk art, 3D art installations and live painting
Community art experiences, creative workshops and hands-on activities
Interactive story walk with Clarington Library, Museums and Archives
A Monarch Monoprint Workshop with the Visual Arts Centre of Clarington
Live performances, music instruction and opportunities to try musical instruments with the Clarington Concert Band
Puppet show and family entertainment
Food trucks, including Masala Box and Zombie Dawgs

Culture Days Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to support various event activities, including welcoming and directing guests, assisting with shuttle services and parking, supporting interactive art installations and activities, helping community partners, encouraging participation, and providing a positive, engaging experience for attendees throughout the event.
