Bats, bases and big smiles are coming to Soper Creek Park as Clarington marks the reopening of its newly upgraded baseball diamond with a community celebration on Sunday, May 31, from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
Families, athletes and neighbours are invited to come out and enjoy an afternoon packed with baseball-themed fun, community activities and hands-on experiences for kids of all ages.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a success!
Location: 19 Soper Crt, Bowmanville
Volunteers needed: 2 to 6 p.m.
Volunteer Positions include:
- Shuttle bus support at Bowmanville High School and Visual Arts Centre stops
- Parking and traffic assistance
- Activity support (games, tattoos, and more)
