Gala 2019 – Under the Sea
This year’s Gala will be an Under the Sea theme. We are in need of 20+ volunteers to make this year’s event happen.
This will include a number of roles such as greeting and directional, auction assistance, floaters, tear down, etc.

Date: Saturday, November 2, 2019
Time: 7:30 p.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Location: Newcastle Community Hall (20 King Avenue West, Newcastle)
Attire: This is a FORMAL event, volunteers are asked to dress as such
