Clarington - 55+ Active Adults

What We Do

Our dedicated 55+ Older Adult Activity centre is located in the Courtice Community Complex. We offer programs and drop-in activities at the Diane Hamre Recreation Complex, Bowmanville Indoor Soccer, Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex, and Alan Strike Aquatic and Squash Centre. Volunteers make up the very fabric of our community. We are looking for volunteers who want to be a part of our 55+ Active Adult programming.
