We are seeking 30 volunteers to assist with the Mayor’s Levee on Sunday, January 12th. This annual event will be a great opportunity to help support our community and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all attendees.
Event Details:
- Event Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Volunteer Shift: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (including setup and takedown)

Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Crowd Support: Help guide and assist guests throughout the venue
- Parking Support: Direct attendees through the main parking area and to the secondary lot
- Hot Chocolate & Cookie Bar: Assist in serving hot chocolate and cookies
- Other Family-Friendly Activities: Engage with attendees and support various event activities
If you’re available to volunteer, please register by December 31st. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible to secure your spot.
